The VeryFast brings to the Systems Integrator all the advantages of Biomet's well proven 2-Finger Geometry Biometrics combined with advanced Access Control, packaged in a small, robust and nicely designed housing for simple plug-and-play installation. Various optional features and custom specific design possibilities are available to optimally adapt the VeryFast to the individual application requirements.

For users, the VeryFast is convenient, non-threatening, fast and accurate, and quickly builds a high degree of confidence in its positive security merits. Users touch a platen with the first two fingers of either hand to prove their identity. The VeryFast works equally well with the right or left hand.

VeryFast™ Standard Features and Functions

Robust housing which provides space and flexibility to install one or several optional components/ features (see below). Front panel designed to accommodate different combinations of standard and optional components.
Basic model (model MS) comes equipped with a standard Magnetic STripe Card Reader (ISO 3554, track 2) and one serial I/O port with RS-232/485 selectable interface (9600 baud).

Interface electronics to provide a real-time clock, networking, and operating features listed below:

Optional System Interface Selectable ASCII, Weigand I or Weigand II Emulation, ISO track 1 or 2 magnetic stripe or barcode compatible format.
