FaceVACS-Alert

Computer-assisted video surveillance.

Imagine public places where thousands of people step by day by day or places like airports, casinos etc. where video surveillance is already in place to keep an eye on some suspect people.

FaceVACS-Alert automatically scans the incoming video streams, detects the faces and checks if the found faces match a watch list of persons. In case of a found match operators are notified and specific actions can be taken.

The operator can now focus on the suspect persons. He does not have to monitor a large amount of video streams simultaneously.

Other use cases include watching out for unwanted people at sports stadiums, checking for unauthorized people in schools, and automatically identifying high ranking customers and offer them special service.

This product is available for pilot projects at present. Cognitec is highly interested in doing pilot projects to learn more about the real customer needs in order to align the features. You will, of course, get special service.
