Lone Worker Personal Protection Awareness Program

CTR High-Risk Security & Investigations Services Limited has been providing high-end specialist training since it's inception in 2003.

Over the past 3 years CTR Services has become renowned for providing bespoke lone worker protection programs in particular its corporate personal protection awareness program which focuses on personal security and procedures for lone workers.

Recognised by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) as a security training provider all instructors are qualified and experienced trainers from a variety of specialist backgrounds.

This program was originally designed for CTR Operatives working in hostile environments alone without adequate support facilities. This pressure testing provided the credibility and resilience of the program known today. CTR Services has taken this platform and now provides proven bespoke programs that are tailored to suit any occupation or working environment.

The program is split into four unique modules which are all conducted on a half day seminar:

• Situation Awareness - This module focuses on the position of your occupation and the personal situations you may find yourself in. it also focuses on the laws relating to your occupation and/or environment working within.
• SAFER rule - This module provides the tools and techniques for dealing with potential confrontations or environments, through reflective scenario replication drills.
• Dynamic Risk evaluation - This module provides lone workers the knowledge to develop simple systems of risk analysis whilst working, that reduce personal security breaches and false alarms.
• Support Module - This module teaches the lone workers how to use personal tracking systems correctly and shows them how the reporting and action procedures work.

We have found that once a lone worker has completed the course the level of confidence within their working environment has developed to a level that there is a reduction of incidents which in turn decreases time off work through stress or injury and provides a total awareness to your business security culture.
