GPS and Phone Tracking Software for Remote Monitoring Stations
C1 is a locating software system using a standard map database core adapted by ESI to...
MG1 allows supplying easier access to SMS (GSM data), Fax and E-mails also offering DMS (Documents Management System) simplified functions to Alarm Monitoring Station operators.
Operation Principle
MG1 acts like a front-end:
The order interface permits it to spontaneously trace the events coming from outward interfaces. And a WEB interface allowing to create and read messages through a web interface.
MG1 comprises several queues, one by outward interface and one for the inner interface. The queue information is sequentially handled.
Utilization Register
The outward interfaces are:

Strengthened Security
To strengthen security in relation to internet, it is possible to install a DMZ in MG1. MG1 becomes thus a true bastion host protecting you from any outward threat.
INTEGRATION WITH M1, the Alarm Monitoring Software from ESI.
MG1 offers, to the M1 operators, functionalities relating to reception, e-mails, fax and/or SMS emission.
MG1 periodically checks new mails using a POP3 connection.
When it founds a new message, it notifies M1 through a XF1com alarm before making the message traceability.

Delivery of incoming mails
Thanks to MG1, M1 receives one or several mail accounts e-mails and delivers them:
M1 can also launch automatic actions from a mail delivery
Mail processing Skills
Through the « processing groups », the administrator can set to dedicate a particular number of operators to the mail processing. Consequently, the incoming mails are only presented to the authorized operators.
If none authorized operator is connected, the unread mails are presented when an authorized operator connects himself.

When the mail is transferred, it disappears from the delivery box to appear in the history file.
Each received mail is put in history.
If this one is associated to a site, an entrance is inserted into the site follow-up.
If none site is determined, an entrance is inserted into the DMS follow-up.
Following the usual alarms model, each step is traced:
M1 HISTORY UTILIZATION
M1 History integrates a new category allowing to filter « Mail » alarms.
Other existing criterions are used to refine the search:
The selection of a mail will edit it in a web browser.
M1 History also allows automatic report generation and sending
Supervision console
The supervision console display the details about realised sendings.
