The Mobile BlastSafe Container - Golan 3M

The Golan 3M (Mobile) BlastSafe Container is a special wheel mounted explosive containment vessel designed to safely remove large suspected luggage and to withstand the blast and fragmentation effects of an accidental explosion of up to 3 Kg. (8lbs.) T.N.T charge or equivalent.

The Golan series provides a high ratio of blast protection to overall weight, where the weight of the container is low relative to the amount of protection that it provides.

The Golan 3M Mobile BlastSafe container delivers the following:

• Extremely large capacity – The Golan 3M has capacity to contain very big size luggage with dimensions of up to 51cm high, 70cm wide and 90cm long (20/27.5/35.4").
• Field-proven– The Golan 3M has proven capacity to contain explosive blasts based upon its advanced technology.
• Electrical or manual operation – The container’s sliding door can be operated either electrically or manually and has clear door dimensions of 76 cm wide and 54.cm height (28/22").
• Remote operation – The Golan 3M can also be configured with remote operational capability.
• Easy and rapid transport – The Golan 3M can be mobilized on its wheels, towed by a vehicle, or even be pushed manually.

Easy for use - The unit should be stationed with its door facing the discharge inspection conveyor. The door opens by remote control and the bag is being conveyed into the container. The bag's movement is facilitated by a gravity (rollers) conveyor. The door closes and the unit is ready to be removed for further inspection.
