MTZ Time users can flexibly plan and record working hours. Not only can shifts be calculated, but also flexitime, absences, overtime or tariff target times.

MTZ® Time
The freely configurable MTZ Time working time modules can be individually customised to meet the needs of any company.

MTZ Time automatically calculates working times, bonus times and absence-reason times and forwards these to the respective salary system. All the calculations are tailored precisely to the working time modules and salaries that are currently in use within the company. Clearly arranged day, month or annual views provide a fast overview; any necessary corrections can be made by hand. MTZ Time is easy to use no matter what the task, whether that be the pre-planning of working times and absence times, current calculation, or later evaluation. MTZ Time reduces the amount of administrative work required while at the same time providing more flexibility.

Modular system
Thanks to its modular design, further modules such as the Web Terminal (Employee Self Service) or an access control system can be added to the time-recording module.

Planning presences and absences
Information such as which days and how many hours an employee will be present or absent, as well as the reason for an absence, can easily be planned in advance. In this manner, a company's workforce can be deployed effectively.

Overtime/bonuses
Customers determine whether employees are paid for working overtime, whether they are granted free time compensation, whether overtime is partly or completely capped, or whether it is set off against the number of years employees have worked. The time-recording module manages these options automatically – no extra work needs to be carried out.

Analyses
Comprehensive ledgers provide an overview of all data. The daily ledgers, planning overviews and employee ledgers deliver information quickly, to the point and in a clearly structured manner. The lists generator allows users to generate their own lists to print out, which supplement the lists that are available by default.

Interfaces
MTZ time provides interfaces to all the leading salary programs such as Datev, Loga, Paisy or EXACT. Depending on the salary program in use, data is transferred weekly, monthly or according to a freely definable period of time.

Mobile time-recording
Thanks to the feature that allows time bookings to be made by telephone, either directly or by SMS, MTZ Time represents an addition to time-recording devices. This allows external employees to be integrated in the central time-recording system.

Web Terminal
MTZ® Web Terminal

MTZ® Web Terminal guarantees paperless workflows within companies. From their PCs, employees can make time bookings over the Internet or an intranet, correct incorrect bookings or plan and request absences.

This makes routine tasks such as requesting a holiday easier for both the person making the request and the person processing the request. Employees no longer need to fill out laborious forms and can access the information they need, such as their remaining holidays, directly in the Web Terminal.

Supervisors have an up-to-date planning overview that tells them what the personnel situation is like in their department at any given time (who is taking a business trip, is on holiday or is absent for other reasons?) and thus have an effective planning tool at their disposal.

Employees can view all the bookings per day/month as well as the current hourly balances in the clearly structured monthly ledger. If any incorrect bookings have been made, these can be corrected, and any remaining or planned holidays can be called up.

External employees do not need to use the booking terminals to make clock-in and clock-out bookings – they can do this via the Web Terminal on the Internet or intranet.

A well thought-out workflow in the background precisely defines which employees may make which bookings and corrections and who, as the respective supervisor, may countersign the requests. MTZ Web Terminal benefits both employees and their supervisors.
